Transforming Communities through Corporate Partnerships

At Sugam, we believe that collaboration is the cornerstone of lasting change. By joining hands with visionary companies, we can create a collective impact that reaches far beyond individual efforts. Partnering with Sugam presents an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to society, empower underprivileged children, and drive positive change in the community.

A Shared Vision for Transformation

A quality education provides a good foundation, but to truly transform the lives of underprivileged children, corporate partnerships are critical. To ensure Sugam can continue to expand its curriculum and facilities to address future career needs, there is a necessity for corporate guidance and funding. In addition, collaborative programs that include vocational training, orientation, and job placement are key for children to be successful in breaking away from the limitations they were born into.

Demonstrate your company’s commitment to social causes and ethical business practices by supporting underprivileged education and holistic development.

Corporate partnership with Sugam allows you to directly impact the lives of underprivileged children and families, creating a positive ripple effect within the community.

Engage and motivate your employees by involving them in volunteer activities, fundraising campaigns, and initiatives that align with your corporate values.

Mentorship

While Paramjit K Narang plays a key role in the development of curriculum and teacher training, the process is not a solitary endeavour. We are proud to collaborate with experienced partners like Pathways World School, De Pedagogics, and Satya School. Together, we are crafting a curriculum that:

  • Engages relevant contexts and content to prepare students for the challenges and opportunities of the modern world

  • Goes beyond rote learning, fostering critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration skills

  • Equips students with the skills of problem-solving, digital literacy, adaptability and resilience they need to navigate the complexities of the 21st century

  • Extends beyond the confines of a classroom and text books and incorporates experiential learning, field trips, and community engagement to make learning real-world relevant.

Teachers are the architects of our students’ success, and their growth is our top priority. Drawing on the expertise of our collaborators, we provide rigorous training programs, ongoing guidance, and personalized support, empowering our teachers with understanding of education and teaching so that they use learnt tools and techniques to translate the curriculum into engaging and effective, meaningful learning experiences.

Education isn’t just about curriculum and training; We are committed to ongoing assessment and evaluation, not just of student learning but also of our entire teaching-learning ecosystem. This data-driven approach ensures we continuously adapt and evolve to achieve our goals, ensuring every child thrives in our learning environment.

Sugam School is not only committed to taking care of the students while they are in school and upto grade XII but also handhold them in continuing their education post schooling. Based on the various aptitudes of Grade XII children different streams of further education and technical training has been lined up. This ranges from Drone Flying Pilot Trainings to Beautician courses. Sugam takes the initiative to get these students enrolled and absorbed program that are the appropriate ones where their future job placements are secure. This handholding the school feels is an absolute must for ensuring that the children are set onto a secure and right career path. As there is little guidance from their parents and substantial pressure from the families for these children to start earning as soon as possible, they need continuous reinforcement and monitoring for continuing their further education.

Sugam has collaborated with Pathways School Aravali to give an opportunity to Sugam students to their experience the sports facilities. Around 30 students have been availing this so far where would visit Pathways and play sports like Basketball, Football, Cricket and Badminton. What would seem so natural and basic for any private school child is a luxury for Sugam as they don’t have the space or access to sports like these.

Sports has always been an integral part of education providing an absolute essential experience in a child’s upbringing. Thanks to schools like Pathways and their encouragement Sugam kids can also experience the feel of team playing, of handing wins and defeats in sports, of competing and of working hard towards a goal. All of them are life skills and can be learnt and in many way better than sports.
